In 2015/2016(?), we played a show with our friends in Mediseasin. The premise of the show was that we would each cover each other's music. We picked a track entitled "they're on my porch, they're in my house" off of their album "To All Those Lonely Loners."
Mediseasin, uh, did a black metal noise set, complete with hooded robes, candles, and a seance. Yeah, that's my favorite song of ours too... ha!
Pat recently dug up an old recording of our cover that we demo'd in my basement while we were arranging the track. We never completed the vocals for it, although they were performed live, but I thought it would be a fun instrumental jam to share with y'all while we prepare for the next decade!
All in all, here's a taste of what The Secondside might sound like if we were an instrumental post-rock band. It's not perfect, but it has charm. I plugged in my guitar to redo some parts, but decided that I should just leave this one alone and present it as is.
Happy Holidays
